From the editors

Welcome to the first number of the Journal of Language and Learning, which will be published twice yearly (March and September).

This issue sees contributions on teaching and learning languages for specific purposes, especially English for Law, and also teaching Spanish as a second language.

The contributors are drawn from three continents (Asia, Europe and North America) and reflect the diverse nature of this area of study and research.

Questions arising from the articles can be emailed directly to the authors or via the editors.

Potential contributors are invited to read the notes for contributors and may also wish to consult the editors directly.
